About the role:
We are seeking a talented Unity Developer to join our team on a highly engaging simulator project designed for training pilots in handling drone related missions. The solution will be part of an one-month training program and aims to achieve a high level of realism and interactivity. You’ll work on developing key features such as a real-time instructor dashboard, multi-user monitoring, and mission review capabilities.
Your contribution will directly impact the quality and effectiveness of this next-generation training platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive training simulator features in Unity.
- Implement interfaces and tools for instructors to monitor multiple users.
- Collaborate closely with 3D artists and other engineers for seamless system integration.
- Optimize performance and ensure smooth cross-platform functionality.
- Support mission scripting, control logic, and data visualization.
- Contribute to level design and collaborate on environment modelling.
- Actively contribute to Agile sprints and planning discussions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with Unity 3D and C#.
- Strong understanding of real-time simulations, animation systems, and UI.
- Experience building multi-user or networked Unity applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with asset integration, lighting, and shader basics.
- Knowledge of Git and Agile methodologies.
- English proficiency – written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience developing simulation, training, or serious gaming applications.
- Familiarity with VR/AR or mission debriefing systems.
- Interest in UX for professional or military training tools.
- Knowledge of drone mechanics is a plus, but not required.
