About the role:

We are seeking a talented Three.js Developer to join our team on a highly engaging simulator project designed for training pilots in handling drone related missions.
This role focuses on the interactive 3D components of the platform, from in-browser environments to dynamic mission visualization.
You will work closely with Unity developers, backend engineers, and designers to bring immersive training scenarios to life directly in the browser.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement real-time, interactive 3D visualizations using Three.js.
- Develop web-based representations of mission elements (drones, terrain, HUDs).
- Work with backend and Unity teams to integrate live mission data into 3D visual interfaces.
- Optimize performance for various devices and browsers.
- Implement UI/UX elements in 3D (e.g., overlays, markers, control panels).
- Collaborate on the architectural vision for 3D components in a hybrid (Unity + web) system.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience using Three.js or similar WebGL frameworks
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend tools
- Understanding of 3D graphics fundamentals (rendering, lighting, camera control, shaders)
- Experience working with real-time or interactive applications
- Comfortable collaborating with backend APIs and integrating live data feeds
- English proficiency – both written and spoken
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience integrating 3D in dashboards or training applications
- Familiarity with React or other frontend frameworks
- Understanding of GIS, mapping, or telemetry visualization
- Knowledge of Unity or cross-communication between Unity and web-based 3D
