We are seeking a talented Senior Unity Developer to join our team on a highly engaging
simulator project designed for training pilots in handling drone related missions. The solution will
be part of an one-month training program and aims to achieve a high level of realism and
interactivity. You’ll work on developing key features such as a real-time instructor dashboard,
multi-user monitoring, and mission review capabilities.
Your contribution will directly impact the quality and effectiveness of this next-generation training
platform.
Key Responsibilities:

- •7+ years of professional experience with Unity and C#, including large – scale or complex projects.
- •Expertise in:
- – Unity lifecycle and engine internals
- – Scene management & architecture
- – Multiplayer systems and networking
- – Rendering pipelines (URP/HDRP)
- – Performance optimization (CPU/GPU/memory)
- – Animation, UI frameworks, and asynchronous systems
- •Strong experience profiling and debugging high-complexity Unity applications.
- •Hands-on knowledge of asset workflows, shaders, and scene organization.
- •Solid .NET background (ASP.NET Core or similar experience is a plus).
- •Excellent understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and decoupled system design.
- •Experience building custom tools, editor extensions, or internal Unity frameworks.
- •Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
