Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically experienced Python backend developer who will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of critical systems. This position involves deep hands-on development, architecture design, and direct collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards in performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable backend APIs and services using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django).
• Design asynchronous task processing logic using Celery or similar tools.
• Integrate APIs with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Build testable, reusable code with focus on performance and observability.
• Support service deployment in Dockerized environments via CI pipelines.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Python backend development experience.
• Solid knowledge of async programming, task queues, and API development.
• Experience with database integration and schema management.
• Understanding of containerization, Git workflows, and CI/CD best practices.
• Bonus: familiarity with Golang or interest in learning it.
