We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure & Network Administrator with strong networking expertise to manage and support a Linux-based telecom infrastructure. This role requires deep technical knowledge across networking,
systems administration, virtualization, and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will be able to take full ownership of incidents and projects from diagnosis through resolution while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure (routing,
VPNs, firewalls, traffic flows) - Manage and optimize Linux-based systems in a production environment
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and related services
- Manage and support VMware virtualization infrastructure
- Maintain backup and recovery systems, ensuring successful backup and
restore procedures - Investigate and resolve critical incidents, ensuring minimal service disruption
- Monitor system performance, analyze network behavior, and proactively
prevent issues - Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of database systems
- Support and maintain workstation environments when required
- Implement and maintain security best practices across network and systems
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, maintenance activities, and continuous
improvement initiatives - Document incidents, solutions, and operational procedures
- Work independently on tasks, from diagnosis to resolution, with minimal
supervision
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, NAT,
VPNs, firewalls) - Solid experience working with Linux in production environments
- Experience administering Windows Server environments
- Experience with VMware or similar virtualization platforms
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure
- Basic understanding of database administration concepts
- Experience supporting workstation environments and end-user systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in telecom / ISP / high-availability environments is a strong
advantage - Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and past incidents
