Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically experienced senior Golang backend developer who will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of critical systems. This position involves deep hands-on development, architecture design, and direct collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards in performance, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement concurrent, high-availability backend services using Golang.
• Develop scalable APIs following REST and gRPC best practices.
• Utilize Go’s standard library and performance profiling tools to optimize application behavior.
• Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews.
• Deploy services using Docker and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Golang with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Deep understanding of Go’s concurrency model (goroutines, channels, sync).
• Experience building distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Knowledge of containerization, microservices, and cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with Git, automated testing, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Python or hybrid backends is a plus.
