Job Description:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager who will act as a strategic bridge
between product vision and technical execution. This role is ideal for a former
developer with leadership ambitions, looking to grow into a key delivery and
strategy-supporting position. You will work closely with both technical and non-
technical stakeholders to ensure clarity, efficiency, and successful delivery of
backend and API-driven projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional teams on API and backend development
projects. - Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders and
development teams. - Ensure accurate scoping, realistic estimations, and strict timeline
management. - Monitor delivery quality while proactively identifying risks and
bottlenecks.
Requirements: - Previous hands-on development experience (ideally a former lead
developer). - Strong understanding of reverse engineering concepts and ability to
analyze code behavior. - Excellent communication, ownership mindset, and ability to challenge
unrealistic requirements. - Experience with Agile methodologies and working in distributed teams is
a plus.
